Your Next Move Is In The Thriving Costa Del Sol

Costa Del Sol

The Costa del Sol is a region in the South of Spain that is often referred to as the Sun Coast, Costa del Golf and even Gold Coast. The region is part of the community of Andalucia.

On the Costa del Sol you can find large cities such as Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona, but also has many small towns and villages including Benalmadena, La Cala de Mijas, Elviria, Los Monteros, Nueva Andalcuia, Puerto Banus, Casares, Sabanillas and Duquesa to name but a few.

Many people starting their move to the Costa del Sol will undoubtedly find themselves asking at one point of another; “Where in the Costa del Sol is best to buy property?” And “How do I make sure I buy in the right area for me or my family?”

Many estate agents nowadays will offer up any property and claim that the area is good for people from all occupations & with any budget, just to get a sale through. This is why we have compiled a list of all the regions along the Costa del Sol and our honest opinion about who would benefit by buying in that region and why.

We have added the popular areas in each region, what kind of budget you would need to purchase properties in that area and some general information about schools, activities, social networks and sightseeing.

Let’s start the list with the town furthest west from Malaga;
